CNC Expertise
With our CNC milling service, 3DIG can machine virtually any engineering material, including foam and tooling board, plastics, and metals. Our 5-axis CNC capabilities allow for extremely fast turnaround and works via a blade that cuts on X, Y, Z, as well as A and B-axes. 5-axis CNC machining allows us to machine complicated designs with tough to reach angles.
We also offer turned parts via our CNC Lathe which functions as the ideal machine for executing round parts such as threaded shafts, bolts, nozzles, engine components, and rollers. Our CNC Lathe builds on a single axis, spinning while a tool cuts down the metal to the required size.
